We often recommend public transportation as the best means to get to and from Hotel Giraffe. If you are taking a taxi or uber to Hotel Giraffe please tell the driver that our entrance is located on 26th Street just east of Park Avenue South.

  • From JFK Airport - approximate taxi cost - USD 54.00, plus tolls, plus gratuity
  • From LGA Airport - approximate taxi cost - USD 35.00, plus tolls, plus gratuity.
  • From Newark Airport - approximate taxi cost - USD 60.00, plus $17.50 surcharge, plus tolls and gratuity.
  • Within a few minutes walk from the hotel guests have access to a number of subway lines. The closest is the 6 Train at 28th and Park Avenue South and the R & W, both located on 5th Avenue and 23rd Street.
